Sea Urchin

It is a seafood product that is collected in the waters of the Aegean Sea, then its shells are broken with the help of special tools and the gonads are taken out whole with the help of special spoons and packaged in 50 or 100 g plexiglass containers, depending on customer demand, with the internal temperature of the product cooled to -18 ºC.

SHELF LIFE

  • The product is shock frozen at -40°C. When stored at -18°C, the shelf life is 18 months from the production date. After thawing, it should be stored in the refrigerator at 0-4°C and consumed within 24 hours, and should not be refrozen.

PACKAGING TYPE

  • Packaged in cardboard boxes according to customer request, stacked on plastic pallets and wrapped with stretch film.
