Obtained from licensed boats with transfer/origin certificates, operating in areas designated by the "Regulation on the Regulation of Commercial Purpose Fisheries No. 5/1 (no:2020/20)" permitted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey.

The product is shock frozen at -40°C. When stored at -18°C, the shelf life is 18 months from the production date. After thawing, it should be stored in the refrigerator at 0-4°C and consumed within 24 hours, and should not be refrozen.

Packaged in cardboard boxes according to customer request, stacked on plastic pallets and wrapped with stretch film.
